Hi there, rented this property from March 30 to April 6, property was just as advertised, very clean and just recently renovated. It was great to have all the necessities of home. This property is a real gem, extremely serene backyard.Kids really loved the pool, I really enjoyed the peaceful surrounding and nature at our door step. Thanks so much we had a wonderful time in your home.

  Our holidays in Fort Lauderdale were too short, because we really liked to stay in your charming house.
  By booking thru the internet you can never be sure what to expect.
  As soon as we entered your house we felt comfortable and enjoyed our staying very much. Even with my little daughter it was no problem and she liked it as much as we did (especially the pool. She wasn't afraid to enter, even the water was quite refreshing).
  Your house is very nice and convenient furnished and we didn't miss anything.
  Also with Guy we met a really friendly and helpful person. As we left we told him about the light in the bathroom that didn't work, the low batteries of the scale and the loose moscito screen at the window going out to the pool.
  Thank you very much for a really pleasant stay in the USA.

We spent 2 excellent weeks at this terrific home. The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the waterfront, with its wonderful peace and quietness. We really miss our quiet breakfast mornings there! We would definitely return to this perfect vacation home.

Wildlife was very interesting, turtles , birds , ducks , ospreys , iguanas etc. Property was clean and tidy and the road was very peaceful and quiet. Would love to stay again sometime. Thank you    5/5 Irish visit  Antrim, Ireland Christmas holiday Date of Stay: December 2008    We are a family of five, 2 parents and 3 teenagers.We were very pleased with the accomodation and location. The kitchen was well equipped and clean as were the bedrooms, livingroom etc. The large TV with its many channels was a good distraction at nght (pity about all the advertisements!!!). Although the pool was cool this did not deter us from our regular swims and it was just glorious sitting on the verandah soaking in the sunshine and watching the wildlife. The property was a 15 min drive to Fort Lauradales' many beautiful beaches and only a short distance to the shops and restaurants. Our whole experience was great and we certainly would go back to this property. Everything that was needed was at arm's reach. The backyard was definitely our favorite. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. The patio was secluded which was nice for our privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Our only recommendation would be new mattresses (twin beds) and a lock or block to keep the beds from moving on the tile floors. Oh and just for aesthetics, color on the walls would make it not seem so sterile and a remodeled bathroom to match the rest of the updated house. We also really liked working with Guy. He was flexible in meeting with us and made our check out stress free. Fran and Jay, if you ever think of selling let us know!! Thanks for aiding to our memorable vacation. We found this small two bedroom very comfortable and just what we were looking for. The house was clean and in a quiet residential area. It was equiped with all the nessessities for cooking and BBQing. Thepool was a treat and the ducks that came to visit daily were great hosts. I would stay there again if we were to be in Fort Lauderdale again
